Everything You Need to Know

I'VE BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT, I'M NOT SURE WHERE TO START.

The first step is to determine if you are filing a claim with an insurance company. If you are filing a claim please contact your insurance company first before contacting us.

MY VEHICLE IS NOT DRIVABLE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you cannot get your vehicle to our shop contact us to help arrange a tow.

HOW DO I SET UP A RENTAL CAR?

You must contact your insurance to determine if you have rental on your policy.
(Full coverage does not mean you have rental)
If you do not have rental coverage but still want to pay for a rental we can provide contact information for the local office.
However we are only a pick up and drop off location for vehicles being worked on in our shop.

I DON'T HAVE INSURANCE, WHAT DO I DO?

A "self-paying" estimate can be provided to you, the repair payment will be your responsibility "out of pocket".

DO YOU REPAIR RUST?

We focus mainly on collision repairs & mechanical repairs. We do not repair rust.

HOW LONG WILL MY REPAIR TAKE?

The repairs on your vehicle will depend on the severity of the damage and how many labor hours are involved with the job. We will notify you if there are any delays in the repair process.

WHAT AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR WHEN I PICK UP MY VEHICLE PRIOR TO REPAIRS?

You are responsible for your deductible payment. (your deductible varies on your policy) As well as any checks you may have received from your insurance company.

DO YOU WORK WITH ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES?

We work with most insurance companies. Give us a call to ask if we work with your insurance company.

DO YOU OFFER MECHANICAL SERVICES?

Yes! Colony is a full service mechanical shop. We also do State Inspections for New Hampshire & Maine residents for just $40.00
